The brick customer satisfaction grantee is a big lie. I bought three leather sofa from Scarborough branch and they told me it's to my benefit to buy their warranty so I can have a peace of mind in case something happened. One of the sofa's leather start breaking up and the seat became very soft and can't be used, because when you sit on it you go inside the sofa. After 4 months and many phone calls and I went to store by my self still not fixed?! I spoke the customer service manager and she got an attitudes.
